Will Mulcair

Hi, I'm Will. I've worked in the consulting industry for over 20 years and am an expert in product management agile, lean, leadership, management and delivery. I have worked for top international consulting firms and in 2021 published my first book, 60 Minutes to a Manager's Mindset.

Having run my own consultancy in the UK, I have first-hand experience of the challenges start-ups, small and medium-sized businesses face in getting their products launched and successful.

Julie Stevenson

Hi, I'm Julie. For nearly 20 years I’ve worked in top consulting organizations. Most recently I was an Executive level Director and Head of Delivery at an international business consultancy based in London, UK.

I am an expert in business operations, delivery, marketing, change management, leadership and team management. My experience spans organizations of all sizes across a variety of sectors.
